Where are the loop bundles?

In order to allow for beginner through professionals to customize their Waterboxes we’ve discontinued the Loop bundle, however they can be purchased from authorized online vendors.  If you’d like to find out more about Loop visit current-usa.com/loop/meet-loop/

Do you sell the tank separately?

At this time we do not sell the tank or stand separately.  Waterbox aquariums are plug and play systems that meet the needs of beginner to advanced aquarists.

What size is the plumbing that is included?

Waterbox uses custom engineered metric standard plumbing, our plumbing system is proprietary to the system. If you want to do some customization to the plumbing system you can go to places such as FlexPVC.com to find metric adapters.

How do you install the Gaskets on the overflow?

Each drain and return line bulkhead should have a gasket on the inside and outside of the glass.  This will allow a water tight seal for each bulkhead.

My overflow is gurgling how do I fix this?

Use the gate/ball valve on your main drain line until the water level inside the overflow is just touching the top of the safety drain. This should make the overflow whisper quiet.

What are the extra white pieces with my cabinet hardware?

They are intended to secure the top panel to the side panels for added support. These are optional to use.

Do you sell a lid for the aquarium?

We do not offer any lid systems for our rimless aquariums however there are 3rd party companies you can contact such as Reef Tops.
