What is the warranty on Waterbox?

How are Waterboxes shipped?

Where are the loop bundles?

In order to allow for beginner through professionals to customize their Waterboxes we’ve discontinued the Loop bundle.  If you’d like to find out more about Loop visit current-usa.com/loop/meet-loop/

Do you offer the tanks and stands sold separately?

At this time we do not sell the tank or stand separately.  Waterbox aquariums are plug and play systems that meet the needs of beginner to advanced aquarists.  

What size plumbing is included?

Waterbox uses custom engineered metric standard plumbing

How should the plastic bulkhead gaskets be installed?

Each drain and return line bulkhead should have a gasket on the inside and outside of the glass.  This will allow a water tight seal for each bulkhead.

What are the extra white plastic parts in the cabinet hardware kit for?

They are intended to secure the top panel to the side panels for added support. These are optional to use.
