Effectively reduce phosphate and silicate for a cleaner, healthier aquarium.
Waterbox Phosphate Media is a highly efficient filtration media designed to absorb and remove excess phosphate and silicate from your aquarium water. Elevated phosphate levels can lead to unwanted algae growth, reduced coral coloration, and long-term instability in both freshwater and saltwater systems.
By maintaining phosphate within the proper range, this media helps create a cleaner, clearer, and more balanced environment, supporting vibrant coral growth and healthier aquatic life. Regular use as part of your filtration routine will keep nutrient levels in check and prevent the conditions that lead to nuisance algae.
Key Benefits:
• Rapidly absorbs excess phosphate and silicate
• Helps prevent nuisance algae growth and discoloration
• Enhances coral coloration and overall water clarity
• Promotes a stable, low-nutrient environment
• Safe for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums
Recommended Levels:
Maintain phosphate between 0.02–0.05 ppm in reef aquariums for optimal results.
Directions for Use:
Use 25–100 ml of media per 100 L (25 gal) of aquarium water.
Replace every four weeks, or sooner if phosphate levels begin to rise.
For best results, use in a fluidized media reactor.
Do not rinse before use.
