Don’t want to wait for your dream aquarium? With our QuickShip Aquariums, you won’t have to. These select systems are in stock and ready to leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days of your order.

That means your new Waterbox can be on its way to you in less than a week, so you can start building the aquarium you’ve always imagined—faster than ever before.

Standard Aquarium Lead Times

At Waterbox, every aquarium system is carefully built, packed, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely to your door. These aquariums ship with standard lead times.

For standard aquariums you can expect it to ship within 4-6 weeks. In many cases, orders are fulfilled and shipped sooner as inventory becomes available.

We'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Rest assured, your system is reserved and will be shipped in the order it was received.

Aquarium Shipping Upgrades

Aquariums ship for free to the most accessible part of your driveway/curb, or  you can upgrade to Premium Delivery. Premium Delivery is delivered to your front entrance, back entrance, or garage. This does not include any ascension of stairs, elevation change, or into your home.  

Ground Shipping Policy

Free Standard Ground Shipping over $150
Items that do not ship by truck will ship either by USPS or Fedex and will be calculated during checkout. Orders over $150 ship for free.  

Subscription orders over $50 ship for free.

Navidium Protection

Choose accident protection during checkout for peace of mind. In the event your package is damaged, lost or stolen we will replace it at no charge.
