Don’t want to wait for your dream aquarium? With our QuickShip Aquariums, you won’t have to. These select systems are in stock and ready to leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days of your order.
That means your new Waterbox can be on its way to you in less than a week, so you can start building the aquarium you’ve always imagined—faster than ever before.
Standard Lead Times
At Waterbox, every aquarium system is carefully built, packed, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely to your door. These aquariums ship with standard lead times, which you can expect within 4-6 weeks*.
In many cases, orders are fulfilled and shipped sooner as inventory becomes available. Your system is reserved at the time of purchase and will be shipped in the order it was received. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
*All shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may vary based on overall demand, seasonality, and logistics factors, such as freight capacity or international cargo ship delays. Please note that shipping speeds are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
While we work hard to meet or exceed our stated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery windows. Rest assured, our team will keep you updated every step of the way and provide tracking details as soon as they are available.
Freight Shipping
Standard Freight shipping means that your order will be delivered to the accessible part of your driveway or curb.
You can upgrade to Premium Delivery, which brings your freight to the front entrance, back entrance, or inside the garage. This does not include any ascension of stairs, elevation change, or delivery to inside your home.
Ground Shipping
Small parcel items that do not ship by freight truck, will ship either by USPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $149 ship for free. Subscription orders over $50 ship for free.
Navidium Protection
Choose accident protection during checkout for peace of mind. In the event your package is damaged, lost or stolen we will replace it at no charge.
Waterbox Aquariums is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once a delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, unless Navidium Shipping Protection was added to your order at checkout.
If you did not purchase shipping protection, we are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
If Navidium Shipping Protection was added to your order and your package is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact us at support@waterboxaquariums.com, and our team will be happy to assist you with a claim.
